Do you have any idea how hard it is to successfully project/rank up to 50 players at each position each week? If you do, go ahead and multiply that level of difficulty by about a thousand. That's the challenge in trying to predict what will happen in Week 17 (it's also the reason why Week 17 championships should be outlawed).
This isn't an out should this week's running back rankings completely fall on their face, but with playoff seeds locked up in some cases, and still to be determined in others -- the results of some of the early Sunday games may impact how some teams playing the later games will use their personnel -- the crapshoot gets, well, a lot crappier.
