Injury Spin Cycle: Austin Collie (Concussion) Out for Week 10

Filed under:

Austin CollieNo real surprise here. What's actually surprising is that they haven't officially ruled Austin Collie out for the next few weeks. Collie took a cringe-worthy hit on Sunday against the Eagles, which left him motionless on the field for about seven minutes. He was carted off, though eventually able to sit up on his own.

The Colts are likely going to remain cautious when it comes to Collie, which leads me to believe it will be a few weeks before we see him on the field. This moves receiver Blair White up the depth charts and makes him a nice flex option this week against the Bengals. With the favorable matchup against Cincy and a banged up running back situation in Indy you can expect to see the Colts airing it out this week. I still wouldn't pick White as my WR2, but in a three-receiver league or one in which you can start a flex player you should consider picking-and-plugging him. This also keeps Jacob Tamme as a must-start at tight end.
